TrustCourse.net respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines how to report copyright infringement and respond to takedown notices.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on TrustCourse.net infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated DMCA Agent at:

Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (e.g., description, link to original).
- URL or description of the allegedly infringing content on TrustCourse.net.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review and act on valid notices within 5-7 business days, removing or disabling access to the content if appropriate.
2. Counter-Notifications
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] including:
- Identification of the removed content and its location on TrustCourse.net before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed in error.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- Consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court in your location, and acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will forward your counter-notification to the complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.
3. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, per our Terms of Service.
4. False Claims
Submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. We reserve the right to take action against bad-faith claims.
