• Include proof of course participation (e.g., certificate, payment receipt, screenshot from the learning management system).
• Reviews are verified via email, text analysis, document checks, or direct provider integrations. Verification typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on complexity.
• Uploaded documents are deleted after verification unless required by law.
• Course providers may respond publicly to reviews, but they cannot see your personal information.
• Prohibited content includes:
  • Fake or unverified reviews.
  • Spam (e.g., promotional content, irrelevant links).
  • Defamatory or harassing content.
