Accessing TrustCourse.net binds you to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Review Guidelines. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
TrustCourse.net is a platform for reading and submitting verified online course reviews.
Access is free for users to read and submit reviews.
Reviews must:
- Be based on personal experiences.
- Include proof of course participation (e.g., certificates, bills, screenshots).
- Comply with our Review Guidelines (e.g., no fake reviews, spam, or harassment).
Prohibited actions include:
- Posting false, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Using bots, scraping data, or circumventing verification.
- Harassing other users or providers.
- Attempting unauthorized access or reverse-engineering the Service.
3. Verification of Reviews
We verify reviews via:
- Email confirmation.
- Manual document checks (e.g., certificates, bills, screenshots).
- Direct integrations with course providers (where applicable).
Verification typically takes 1–5 business days. We reserve the right to reject reviews that do not meet our Review Guidelines.
4. Course Provider Services
Providers may purchase widgets or management panels to display reviews or manage profiles.
Payment Terms:
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days to [email protected].
Provider Conduct:
Providers must not:
- Manipulate reviews or misrepresent services.
- Use widgets/panels in violation of our guidelines.
Providers agree to a separate Provider Agreement (available upon signup).
5. Intellectual Property
All site content (e.g., text, design, logos) is owned by TrustCourse.net or its licensors. User-submitted reviews remain the property of the user but are licensed to us for display.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or Review Guidelines.
To appeal, email [email protected] within 14 days of termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
TrustCourse.net is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties (e.g., accuracy, uptime, security) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for:
- User-generated content or third-party actions.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Service disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., cyberattacks, natural disasters).
8. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. If any disputes arise, they will first be resolved through informal negotiations by contacting [email protected].
If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in an appropriate jurisdiction. No class actions are permitted.
9. Privacy & Data Rights
By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

No Responsibility for User Content:
TrustCourse.net is a neutral platform. We do not create, edit, or endorse user-submitted content.
No Guarantee of Review Accuracy:
We verify proof of enrollment but do not guarantee the truthfulness of opinions in reviews.
Anti-Manipulation Policy:
We do not falsify, delete, or manipulate reviews except for:
- Violations of our Review Guidelines (e.g., fake reviews, spam).
- Legal obligations (e.g., court orders).
Providers cannot pay for preferential treatment or removal of negative reviews.
Legal Shield:
Users and providers agree not to sue TrustCourse.net for:
- Hosting verified reviews (even if negative).
- Moderating content per our policies.
- Technical errors (e.g., data loss).
Transparency in Moderation:
If a review is removed, we will:
- Notify the reviewer with the reason (e.g., “insufficient proof”).
- Allow appeals via [email protected].
Providers may report suspicious reviews but cannot demand removals.
